• Return Period: You may initiate a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Returns Process

1. Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@sileten.store. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Return Shipment: You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Incorrect Size Compensation

• In the event that we deliver an incorrect size, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will provide the following compensation:
• Replacement: We will promptly send you the correct size at no additional cost.
  Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, we will offer a refund equivalent to 100% of the purchase price as compensation for the inconvenience.
