General Returns Information
At Sileten Business Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy. Please review the following guidelines:
Return Eligibility
- Unused Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Return Period: You may initiate a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase is required for all returns, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
Returns Process
- Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@sileten.store. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Return Shipment: You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Incorrect Size Compensation
- In the event that we deliver an incorrect size, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will provide the following compensation:
- Replacement: We will promptly send you the correct size at no additional cost.
Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, we will offer a refund equivalent to 100% of the purchase price as compensation for the inconvenience.
